Before we speak, Pause.
Before we ask a question, Pause.
Before we answer a question, Pause.
Before there are words, Pause.
The Universe is created in the Pause.
Communication is Communion is the Heart of things.
Pause and settle into the empty space of nothingness. That is the Allness.
Before we speak pause into the Abyss of the Allness. Find yourself there.
Find your wholeness there in the paused abyss of the allness that for that moment belongs to you.
Feel the scary empty Love. Feel how willing the Pause is to Honour your Wholeness.
Move your body as your body wants to move.
Remember this place of pause, remember how it makes you feel.
Find your inner authority in the pause.
Hear its voice, feel its willingness to trust.
Moisten your lips. Open your mouth and let the words flow forward into the space.
Feel the difference when communication is communion with your wholeness.
Maybe there is more expansion, maybe in just one sentence there is more completion.
Less exertion. Deeper balance.
Speaking is Creating.
Before we Speak, before we Create, plunge into the Pause.
Fall lightly into the Allness for a moment.
Let the words come into the World.
Let your rested voice rise to the surface.
So that when we speak We Put Voice to our Soul.
